Why I Do This Work
I've spent over 25 years leading change in resistant systems. It felt like I was fighting to move a mountain every day. Eventually I got sick of fighting. I was burned out and defeated.
I had to find a better way to become the change leader I knew I was capable of becoming. The growth journey that followed taught me an important lesson…
If you're going to be a mover and shaker you're going to have to get comfortable shaking things up.

Nicky Espinosa is a seasoned Human Resources executive, leadership speaker, and author with over 25 years of experience building and leading mission-focused teams. Driven by a passion for people and culture, Nicky is a champion for developing and nurturing teams through change.
